The Beach Club

Collaroy Services Beach Club was formed by the members of the Collaroy Sub Branch of the Returned Services League of Australia in 1963. The Beach Club, as it is known today, is located within heritage listed Arlington Hall on Sydney’s Northern Beaches and its stunning location right on Collaroy Beach provides patrons with incredible views over the Pacific Ocean stretching from the Central Coast to Long Reef.

The founders of the club transferred the property and rights to the Collaroy Services Beach Club whilst still allowing the Sub Branch to hold its meetings and social activities in the premises. Recently, many younger families have moved into the area attracted to the Northern Beaches’ relaxed and healthy seaside lifestyle close to Sydney.

Members and guests enjoy spectacular views in comfort and safety. The club boasts a lift, modern Australian Beachgrill dining, choice of over 24 beers on tap and a range of premium wines and cocktails. Since the club has completed a number of refurbishments since 2010, membership has swelled to over 10,000 people.

What club members appreciate most, however, are the wonderful smiles and top-notch customer service from a talented team of managers and staff.

The Club requires all members and patrons entering the Beach Club to follow the rules below :-

Present membership card or photo ID if a visitor to reception on arrival.

Spectacular views from the outside deck overlooking Collaroy Beach. Setting sun from 4.00pm in the summertime is a great time to visit. Alternatively have a quiet drink outside amid a raging thunderstorm and just enjoy nature. Good food, cold, well-priced drinks,laid-back Northern Beaches vibe. Sometimes live music but all in all a great place to relax.

Fantastic location right on the beach. On a hot summer's day I walk off the beach into the club for an ice cold beer. The food is also very good. As a bonus, quality rock bands perform on weekends during afternoons and nights. And the dance floor is packed with eager dancers !!!

Bloody awesome beer selection (especially craft) and an epic view! Also friendly and helpful staff, who would good to have a yarn to about the beers. A much better option in my opinion than the more "up market" and expensive alternative next door.

The Beach Club is my fave spot on the Beaches for a beer and bite to eat. The view is stunning! The food is great and reasonably priced. They have one of the best craft beer selection you'll find, plus your regular beers. The club has a great community atmosphere, and has regular bands and other great events!
